Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

iPrinter respects user privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the iPrinter website and application may handle information, device permissions, user selected files and third party services. This policy should be reviewed against the current technical implementation before publication.

1. Information You Choose to Provide

When you contact iPrinter by email, you may choose to provide information such as your email address, printer model, device information, screenshots or details about a support request. We use the information you provide to respond to the request and provide relevant support.

2. Files, Photos and User Selected Content

The iPrinter app may request access to a document, PDF file, photo or other supported content when you choose to print, edit or manage that content. Access is initiated by your action or through operating system permission controls.

iPrinter should access selected content only as needed to perform the feature you request. Before publishing this policy, verify whether any selected content is processed entirely on the device or is transmitted to a server for conversion, processing or another function. If server processing occurs, this section must state what is transmitted, why it is transmitted, how long it is retained and when it is deleted.

3. Printer and Local Network Permissions

Printer discovery and printing may require access to the local network, nearby devices or other platform specific resources. These permissions are used to discover compatible printers, establish a supported printing workflow and perform functions requested by the user.

The exact permission names and behavior can vary by operating system and app version.

4. Device and App Services

Mobile operating systems, app stores, subscription providers, crash reporting services, analytics services or other third party technologies may process limited technical information when those services are included in the app. Before publication, iPrinter must list the third party services actually used and describe them accurately. Do not state that no information is collected if an SDK or service processes device, diagnostic, transaction or analytics data.

5. Website Data and Server Logs

Like most websites, the infrastructure used to deliver iprinter.app may process technical request information such as IP address, browser information, requested page, date and time, and security or diagnostic data. The exact information depends on the hosting, security, analytics and other services actually configured on the website.

6. Advertising and Cookies

If iPrinter displays Google AdSense advertising, Google and other authorized advertising providers may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure and personalize ads where permitted. Google's advertising cookies can enable Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to this website or other websites.

Users can manage advertising personalization through Google's advertising controls. iPrinter will provide consent choices where required by applicable law and Google's policies. The final implementation must reflect the advertising and consent configuration actually used on the website.

7. Data Sharing

iPrinter does not sell user selected documents or photos. Information may be processed by service providers only where needed to operate the website or application, provide a requested function, process a transaction, maintain security or comply with applicable legal obligations. This section must be updated to name or describe the actual service providers used.

8. Data Retention

Support emails and operational records should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which they were received, legal obligations, security or dispute resolution. If selected files are uploaded to any server, add a specific retention and deletion rule for those files.

9. Your Choices and Permissions

You can control many app permissions through your device settings. Removing a permission may prevent features that depend on that permission from working. You can also choose not to select a file, photo or document for processing.

10. Children's Privacy

The final policy should state the age audience and children's data practices that accurately match the app, app store listing, advertising configuration and applicable law. Do not publish an age threshold without verifying your product's actual audience and legal obligations.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when our application, website, service providers or legal obligations change. Material updates should be reflected by changing the Last updated date.
